RESOLUTION NO. 4993 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> AN E~RGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract or contracts for <br />the purchase of materials for use in street repair and on other City- <br />owned properties, for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1974. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works he and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract or <br />contracts for the purchase of materials for use in street repair and <br />on other City-owned properties for a period of one year con~encing <br />April 1, 1974, in accordance with the list of such materials on file <br />in the office of the Director of Public Works, with the lowest and best <br />bidder or bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
