RESOLUTION NO. 4999 <br /> <br />By: Messrs. Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works to advertise <br />for bids for the construction of the new Winterhurst Ice Rink, including <br />General Trades; Plumbing; Heating; Ventilating and Air Conditioning; Electrical; <br />and Ice Rink Equipment which includes refrigeration, concrete floor, insula- <br />tion and vapor barrier. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared for the <br />aforesaid Winterhurst Ice Rink by the consultants employed by the City, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Lakewood to proceed <br />forthwith with the construction of the aforesaid Winterhurst Ice Rink, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of a new Winterhurst <br />Ice Rink in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />consultant employed by the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the advertisement for said bids shall provide <br />for and require that bids for the construction of said Winterhurst Ice Rink <br />shall be in accordance with said plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> Section. 2. <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:~v ~//~7~ <br /> <br />That this resolution shall be in force and take effect <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
