RESOLUTION NO. 5003 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Sinagra, Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter <br />into a contract or contracts for the rental of uniforms for various employees <br />of the Divisions of Refuse, Streets, Parks, Water, Engineering and Police. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Lakewood will <br />furnish uniforms for certain employees, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, our present contract for the above service will expire <br />April 30, 1974, now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OE OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts for the <br />rental of uniforms for various employees of the Divisions of Refuse, Streets, <br />Parks, Water, Engineering and Police, with the lowest and best bidder after <br />advertisement according to law, for a period of two years, commencing <br />May 1, 1974. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
