Spartin as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the term <br />ending December 31, 1979. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Estal E.
