RESOLUTION NO. 5048 <br /> <br />Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract or contracts for <br />the purchase of materials for use in street repair and on other City-~ <br />owned properties, for a period of one year commencing April l, 1975. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes.an emergency measure provid- <br />ing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract or contracts <br />for the purchase of materials for use in street repair and on other City- <br />owned properties for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1975, in <br />accordance with the list of such materials on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Works, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders after <br />advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
