Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto~ <br /> McBride, Sinsgra, Usher, Brockmsn <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Eiscal Offieer to furnish a cer- <br />tificate of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> ~,[HEREAS~ the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates ~ssu.~ <br />ings $2,300~000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of constructing and eqnip- <br />ping a new indoor ice-skating rink~ acquiring real estate and interests <br />therein as a part of the site thereof and constructing a parking lot and <br />other~ise improving the site; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of' <br />Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Sectzon 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby re- <br />quired to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property <br />and the maximum maturity of bonds and notes calcnlated in accordance ~ith <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the <br />following: <br /> <br />$1,500,000 for constructing such indoor ice-skating rink. <br /> <br />775~000 for equipping such indoor ice-skating rink and for <br /> constructing a parking lot and otherwise improving <br /> the site. <br /> <br />25~000 for acquirin§ real estate and interests therein as <br /> a part of the site of such ice-skating rmnk. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
