RESOLUTION NO. 5102 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Brockman, ChinnOck, <br /> Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Karl E. Ware as a <br />membar of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />unexpired term ending December 31, 1978. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Karl E. Ware as a member <br />of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the unexpired <br />term ending December 31, 1978, is hereby approved in accordance <br />with Article ~, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lake- <br />wood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
