Fowerbaugh <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for <br />the full term ~eginning January t, 19760 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THg CII~ OF LAKE~OOD, S~ATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Albert E. Fowerbaugh as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />full term beginning Ja~uary 1, 1976, is hereby approved in <br />accordance with Article XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
