RESOLUTION NO. 5117 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Sinag~a, Usher, Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Thomas C. Brown as <br />a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the unexpired term <br />ending December 31, 1976. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Thomas C. Brown as a mem- <br />ber of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the unexpired term ending <br />December 31, 1976, is hereby approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article XVI of' the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br />Section 2.
