RESOLUTION NO. 5130 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher, <br /> Brockman, Chinnock, Magnotto <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a cer- <br />tificate of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemolates issu- <br />ing $2,300,000 of bonlds and notes for the puroose of constructing and <br />equipping a new indoor ice-skating rink, acquiring real estate and in- <br />terests therein as a ~part of the site thereof and constructing a pmrking <br />lot and otherwise improving the site; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood, Cuyahoga Connty, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby re- <br /> quired to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property <br /> and the maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with <br /> the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised code and based on the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> $1,500,000 for constructing such indoor ice-skating rink. <br /> $ 775,000 Yor equipping such indoor ice-skating rink and for <br /> constructing a parking lo~ and otherwise improving <br /> the site. <br /> <br /> $ 25,000 for acquiring real estate and interests therein as a part of the site of such ice-skating rink. <br /> Section 2.
