RESOLUTION NO. 5138 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Sinagra, Hsher, Chinnock, <br /> McBride, Salmon <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authoz~ ing the Mayor of the City of Lakewood <br />to enter into a contract for the purchase of personal injury liability <br />insurance coverage for the protection of the City of Lakewood and <br />personnel protected by such insurance effective April 1, 1976 for a <br />one year period. <br /> <br />W]~EREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure in that it <br />provides for the immediate preservation of the public safe~y and welfare <br />and for the usual daily operation of municipal departments: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY ~fHE COUNCIL OF THE CI'l~f OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of Lakewood be and is hereby <br />~uthori~ed and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase of <br />persomal injury liability insurance coverage for the protection of the <br />City of Lakewood and personnel protected by such insurance and to be <br />effective for a period not to exceed one (1)' year, with the lowest and <br />best bidder or bidders, after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br />Section 2.
