RESOLUTION NO~ <br /> <br />5178 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works <br />to enter into a contract or con~rac~s for the purchase of one 4-door sedan <br />for the Fire Chief ant for the trade-in of one 1965, 4-door sedan presently' <br />in the service of the Fire Department. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thi:s Resolution constitutes an emergency measure in that <br />it provides for the immediate preservation of the public safety and welfare <br />and for the usual daily ooeration of municipal departments~ now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESCLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That tne Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts for the purchase <br />of One Four-Door Sedan and for the sale or trade-in of One 1965 Four-Door <br />Sedan, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders after advertisement <br />according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> /~ /Pre~Ydent <br /> <br />Approved/~ <br /> <br /> <br />
