RESOLUTION NO. 5239 BY; Messrs. Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Brockman, Chinnock AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 license tax funds for participation with the County in the improvement of the rehabilitation of the Hilliard Road Bridge No. 65 over the Rocky River. WHEREAS, this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that said funds are necessary to expedite the rehabilitation of the Rocky River Bridge project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. Section 1. The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 license tax funds for participation with the County in the improvement of the rehabilitati6n of the Rocky River Bridge. Section 2. The Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to transmit copies of the application together with a certified copy of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners and to the Cuyahoga County Engineer. Section 3.
