RESOLUTION NO. 5260 by: <br /> <br />Msgnotto, McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher~ <br />Brockman, Chinnock <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$595,000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of paying the costs of Jcquiving <br />and improving real property by clearing therefrom the existing buildings there- <br />on for the purpose of providing a site for the construction of a structure for. <br />municipal off-street parking; <br /> <br /> NOW, TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake- <br />wdod, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />$ 41,550 for clearing existing buildings. <br /> <br />$55~,450 for acquisition of ~eal estate. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of thi~ Council, and tha~ all such deliberations af <br />this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal req!~irements~ <br />including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
