Blackie <br />to the position of Director of Law. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of Mr. William <br />E. Blackie to the position of Director of Law, effective January 1, 1978, <br />be and the same is hereby approved by this Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
