Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Brockman, Brown, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authormzing the Mayor as <br />Safety Director to enter into a contract for the purchase of <br />a multm-loggmng recorder system for the Division of Fire of the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure mn that mt provmdes for the immediate preservation of <br />the public safety and welfare, and for the usual daily operatiOn <br />of munlcpal departments, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor as Director of Safety <br />be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter ihto a <br />contract for the purchase of a multl-loggmng recorder system <br />for the Division of Fire wmth the lowest and best bidder or <br />bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
