RESOLUTION NO. 5331 <br /> <br />BY: Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendllng, Brockman, Brown <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Robert J. Kolesar as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of the Community Development <br />Corporation of Lakewood for the partial term ending December 31, <br />1981. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE'WOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Robert J. Kolesar as a member <br />of the Board of Trustees of the Community Development Corporation <br />of Lakewood for the partial term ending December 31, 1981 is hereby <br />approved in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the <br />Code of Regulations of said Corporation. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Mayor' <br /> <br /> <br />
