That the appOintment of Terrence E. O'Connor <br />as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the unexpired term <br />ending December 31, 1980, is hereby approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article XVI of the smended Charter of the City of <br />Lakewoedo <br /> <br /> Section 2.
