RESOLUTION NO. 5345 BY:Messrs. Brockman, Brown, <br /> Chinnock, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Salmon, Mrs~ Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to coramend James E. Courtney for his public <br />service as a member of the LakewoodBoard of Zoning Appeals. <br /> <br /> i~EtS, James E. Courtney has served as a member of the <br />LakewoodBoardof Zoning Appeals for a period of two years and ten <br />months during which time he has unselfishly given so liberally of <br />his time, ialents and energies, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his years of tenure as a member of the <br />Lakewood ~oard of Zoning Appeals Mr, Courtney evidenced continued <br />interest in the progress and welfare of our c~m~nity, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that this selfless <br />devotion and service to Lakewood and his long years of activity in <br />the public interest at the expense of his own time and convenience <br />be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVt~) BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOCI), <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends <br />to Mr. James E. Courtney its gratitude and appreciation and that of <br />all of the citizens of this community for his years of tireless effort <br />on behalf of the City of Lakewood, his devotion to a multitude of <br />other civic interests and for his outstanding contribution to the <br />character and the orderly growth and development of the community <br />at large. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized to forward a certified copy of this resolution to <br />Mr. James E.
