RESOLUTION NO. 5366 BY: <br /> <br />Brockman, Brown, Chinnock, <br />Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, <br />Wendling <br /> <br /> AN F/q~{GEWCY RESOIJ/rlON authorizing the Director of Public <br />Safety to enter into a contract or co tracts for the purchase of eight <br />(8) motor vehicles for the Department of Public Safety. <br /> <br /> %~,~;RFAS, this Reso]utSon constitutes an emergency measLme <br />in that it provides for the ~m~ediate preservation of the public safety <br />and welfare and for. the usual daily operation ofmunicipal departments; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT~RESOLVED BY T}~COUNCILOF TI.~ CITY OF LAI~OOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. ~lhat the Director of Public Safety be and he ~s <br />hereby authorize~ and directed to enter inlo a cxmtract or contracts <br />for the pUrchmse-of eight (8) Police Department vehicles and for the <br />sate or trade-in of Police Deparbr~mt vehicles, with the lowest and best <br />bidders after advertisement according to ]aw. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
