RESOLUTION NO.: <br /> <br />5378 BY: Chiinno~k, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Wendlihg, Brockman, Brown <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY P~SOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor, as ex-officio <br />Director of Public Works, to enter into a requirement cDnfract for the purchase <br />of the necessary items of water meters and water meter parts for a period <br />of one year commencipg April 1, 1979. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency m~asure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal departmentb now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE' IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as ex-officio Director of Public Works, be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase of the necessary mtems of water meters andl water meter parts for <br />a period of one (1) year, commencmng April 1, 1979 withl the lowest and best <br />bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
