Gynn, Jr. having giraduated from the Cleveland Marshall Law School~, w~s a practicing attorney elngaged in the full-time p~actice of law, andl WHEREAS, :old September 7, 1971 Chester lB. Gynn, Jr. assumed the pqsition of substitWIte Judge and Civil Referee fior the Lakewood Municipal C~urt andserved inilsuch capacity until his untilmely passing on March 3, 1~179, and ! WHEREAS, CIhester B. Gynn, Jr. had dist!inguished himself in hilis chosen professiDin and was held in highest relgard andesteem by all wNio had the privileDie to come in contact with him, and ~ WHEREAS, dluring his tenure with the Lalkewood Municipal Court, Mfr.
