P~SOLUTION NO, 5384 <br /> <br />BY: ~iagnot~o, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendlihg, Brown, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor as <br /> ex-officio Director of Public Works to enter mnto a requirement contract or <br /> contracts for the purchase of materials for use in street repair and on other <br /> City-o~ed properties, for a permod of one year co~encing ~rll 1,1979. <br /> <br /> WHE~AS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure provid- <br /> ing for the l~ediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br /> and for the usual daily operatmon of a municmpat department~ now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section t. That the Mayor, as ex-officio Director of Public Works, <br />be and he. is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement con- <br />tract or contracts for the p~rchase of materials for use in street repair and <br />on other City-owned propertmes for a period of one year co~encing April 1, <br />1979, in accordance with the list of such materlal, s on file in the office <br />of the Assistant Director of Public Works, with the lowest and best bldder <br />or bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
