RESOLUTION NO. 5389 <br /> <br />BY: Magno~to, McBride, Salmon, Wendling, <br /> Brockman, Brown, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authormzing and directing 'the Mayor, as ex-officmo <br />Director of Public Works,to enter znto a requirement contract for the purchase <br />of Alum, Ferrmc Chloride or Ferrous Chloride, Pebble Lime and Liquid Chlorzne <br />for a permod of one year commencmng Aprml 1, 1979. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thms resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the mmmediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and <br />for the usual daily operation of a munmcipal departmentl, now,therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Sectmon 1. That the Mayor, as ex-officLo Director of Public Works, <br />be and he ms hereby authormzed and directed to enter ln~o a requmrement contract <br />for the purchase of Alum, Ferric Chloride or Ferrous Chloride, Pebble Lime, <br />and Liquid Chlorine for a period of one year commencmnglAprml 1, 1979 <br />wmth the lowest and best bidder after advertzsement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
