<br /> RESOLUTION No.: 5396 sY: Chinnogk, McBride, Salmon, Wendling, <br /> Brockmajn, Brown <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor, as ex-officio <br /> <br /> Director of Public Works to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with <br /> the highest and best bidders for the sale of the following equipment: <br /> Four (4) motors and blowers <br /> Two (2) Dravo heaters <br /> Standard doors and Revolving Doors <br /> Miscellaneous electrical switching equipment <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has concurred with the Mayor'S decision not to <br /> repair and replace the flexible fabric enclosure over Faster Pool, and, <br /> WHEREAS, these items will no longer be needed to maintain the flexible <br /> fabric enclosure, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWQOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as ex-officio Director of Public Works be <br /> and he is hereby authorized and directed to advertise far bids and enter into <br /> a contract with the highest and best bidders for the sane of the equipment <br /> as designated in the preamble above. <br /> Section 2.
