That the Mayor, as ex-officmo Dmrector of IPublic Works be and <br />he zs hereby authorized to advertise for bids and enter mhto a contract wmth <br />the lowest and best bidder for the pamntmng of 'the electrostatic precipitator <br />and ductwork at the Lakewood Incmnerator mn accordance wm~h specifications on <br />file zn the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That thzs contract shall not exceed $15,000.00 and the monies <br />will be appropriated from the Federal Revenue Sharmng Fun~s. <br /> <br /> Sectmon 3.
