RESOLUTION N0. 5407 BY: CYpinnock, McBride, McNally, <br /> Salmon, Wendling, Brown <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, for the year 1980, and authorizing the filing of same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual doily operation <br /> of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing and <br /> filing a Budget for the year 1980; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Diroctor of Finance <br /> of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money Headed and the <br /> necessary expenditures in the various departments of the municipality <br /> for the year 1980, be and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk is <br /> hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br /> County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> Section 2.
