'til I <br /> RESOLUTION Nb. 5420 BY: McNally, Salmon, Wendling, <br /> Brockman, Brown., Chinnock, McBride <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing anddireeting the Mayor as ex-officio <br /> Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for the <br /> purchase of the necessary items of Fire Hydrants and Fire Hydrant Parts <br /> for a period of one year commencing January 1, 1980. <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution provides for the immediate preservation <br /> of the public property and welfare and for the usual dalily operation <br /> of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWbOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor as ex-officio Director pf Public Works <br /> be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br /> contract for the purchase of the necessary items of firs hydrants and <br /> fire hydrant parts for a period of one year, commencing January 1, 1980, <br /> with the lowest and best bidder, after advertisement according to law. <br /> Section 2.. That this resolution shall take .effect hnd be in force <br /> immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote o~ two-thirds of <br /> all members elected to Council, and is approved by the Mayor. <br /> ADOPTED: ~,h-I?
