RESOLUTION NOo 5428 <br /> <br />BY: ~rockman, Brown~ Chinnock, <br /> McBride, McNally, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Theodore Hinshaw <br />as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for a full term commencing <br />January I, 1980. <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD,. STATE <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Theodore Hinshaw as <br />a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the full term commencing <br />January 1, 1980 is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of <br />Article XVI of the amended Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
