Sparlin <br />as a member of the Board ~of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the full <br />term beginning January 1, 1980. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVEiD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Estal Ei.
