RESOLUTION NO. 5432 <br /> <br />BY: McN~lly, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling:, Brockman, Brown, <br /> Chinnock <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Karen Nelson Moore <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the full <br />term beginning January 1, 1980. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Karen Nelson Moore as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the full term <br />beginning January 1, 1980, is hereby approved in accordance with Article <br />XX, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take!effect and be in <br />force immediately upon the adoption and approval by the!Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
