PJESOLUT ION NO. 5445 BY: <br /> <br />Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br />G~aham, McBride, Salmon, <br />Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Daniel F. McNally for his public service <br />as a Councilman of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Daniel F. McNally was appointed to the Office of Councilman <br />of Ward Three on May 7, 1979 and ably served this Council and the community in <br />that capacity until December 31, 1979, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for seven and one-half years inm~diately priOr to his <br />appointment to Council, Mr. McNally served with distinction as a member and a <br />past President of the Lakewood Board of Education, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. McNally has evidenced keen interest in the progress and <br />welfare of the City through his service as a member of the Community Development <br />Corporation of the City of Lakewood, the La~wood. Softball Coraraissi~n and <br />other civic, fraternal and professional organizations, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered <br />by Daniel F. McNally be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. This this Council extends to Daniel F. McNally its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his public <br />service as a Councilman o'f the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council <br />wishes him continued years of success, health and prosperity. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward a certified .copy of this resolution to Daniel F.
