I~p~SOLU~ION NO.: <br /> <br />5460 BY: <br /> <br />Wendling, Brown, Chinnock, <br />Galla§her, Graham, McBride, <br />Salmom, <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorlzzng and directing ~he Director of <br />Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for the purchase of <br />the necessary items of water meters and water meter par~s for a period <br />of one year commencing April 1, 1980. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department;i now~ therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWQOD~ STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works, be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract for the <br />purchase of the necessary items of water meters and water meter parts for <br />a period of one {1) year, commencing April 1, 1980 with the lowest and <br />best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof a~d provided it receives <br />the affirmative yoke of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be ~n force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />/ President <br /> <br /> <br />
