Thomas McCullough <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for a partial <br />term ending December 31, 1984. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of W. Thomas McCullough as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital For a partial term <br />ending December 31, 1984, is hereby approved in accordance with Article <br />XX, Section 1 of The Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
