RESOLUTION NO. 5484 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, C~innock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride,,Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOEUTION authorizing and directilng the Hayor <br />to enter into a contract with the Wyatt Company for th~ preparation of <br />insurance specifications and furnishing ancillary servilces pertaining to <br />the bidding of insurance coverages effective February II, 1981. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergenlcy measure in <br />that it provides for the immediate preservation of the public health and <br />welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipall department, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA~EWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of LakewOod be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contractlwith~he Wyatt Company <br />for the purposes of preparing insurance specifications and furnishing <br />ancillary services pertaining to the bidding of insurance coverages effec- <br />tive Eebruary 1, 1981, at a cost no~ to exceed NineteemHbndred Dollars <br />($1900.00). <br /> <br /> Section 2, That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoptibn and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:~ <br /> <br />Approved: ~./~-.~/~) <br /> <br /> <br />
