RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />5490 <br /> <br />BY: Graham, McBriSel, Salmon, Brown, <br /> Chinnock, Gall~gher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director'of Public Works <br />to enter into a contract for the demolition of a one-stery brick building <br />located at 1335 Sloane Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio with the lowest and best <br />bidder or bidders after advertisement according to law., <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and the usual daily operation of a municipal departmentI now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be:and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract to demolish a one-story <br />building located at 1335 Sloane Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio with the lowest and <br />best bidder or bidders after advertisement according to,law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Funds required for the purposes set ~orth in Section 1 <br />hereof shall be and the same are hereby appropriated from the 7980 Community <br />Development Block Grant Fund. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
