- w.mne~~mr«~+~-w.-+.+.m-o - ~.llllr.-P...In. ~I <br /> RESOLUTION N0,`~645 BY: Brown Gliinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming the order of the Board of Building Standards <br /> <br /> dated December 14, 1981, relative to property located at 12525 Plover Avenue, <br /> Lakewood, Ohio (Permanent Parcel No. 315-22-99j and notifying the property <br /> owner of the action to be taken by this municipality if compliance is not <br /> accomplished. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHTO: <br /> Section 1. That the decision of the Board of Building Standards dated <br /> December 14, 1981, relative to the property located at 12525 Plover Avenue, <br /> Lakewood, Ohio (.Permanent Parcel No. 315-22-99) which reads as follows: <br /> The Board of Building Standards determined the structure <br /> located at 12525 Plover Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio to be an unsafe/ <br /> public nuisance structure pursuant to the standards as set forth <br /> in Section 1305.521 of the Housing Code. The Board further finds <br /> that the property owner has failed to comply with a notice and order <br /> from the Building Department to repair the structure, as set forth <br /> in Mr, Doug Milburn's communication dated October 22, 1981 (a part <br /> of Exhibit "A"' of the evidence before the Board, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto}, <br /> The Board hereby orders the property owner, Mr. Paul. Gilley, Jr., <br /> to raze the structure immediately for reasons as explained in the minutes <br /> of the meeting. Acceptable evidence of the commencement of demolition <br /> shall be the obtaining of the required permit from the City of Lakewood <br /> Building Department. <br /> Section 2. That by receipt of this Resolution, the property owner, Mr. <br /> Paul Gilly, Jr., is hereby notified to comply with the decision and order of <br /> the Board of Building Standards as confirmed by this Council. The property <br /> owner, Mr. Paul Gilly, Jr. is further notified by receipt of this Resolution <br /> that if he fails, neglects or refuses within forty-five (45) days from the date <br /> of service of this Resolution to comply with the decision and order of the <br /> Board as confirmed by Council, the City, acting through the Building Commissioner, <br /> shall cause said structure to be razed in accordance with the decision and order <br /> of the Board as confirmed by City Council. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to serve a certified copy of this Resolution to Mr. Paul Gilly, Jr. in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Section 1305.521 (d) of the Housing Code of the Codified <br /> Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. <br /> G G <br /> Adopted <br /> President <br /> ~K~ Clerk <br /> Approved <br /> ayor <br /> <br />
