<br /> RESOI.uzloN No. 5652 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br /> of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for the purchase <br /> of Ferric Chloride or Ferrous Chloride and Liquid Chlorine for <br /> a period of one year commencing April 1, 1982. <br /> WHEREAS., this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br /> providing. for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br /> safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br /> department, now, therefore; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, SLATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract <br /> for the purchase of Ferric Chloride or Ferrous Chloride and Liquid <br /> Chlorine for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1982 with <br /> the lowest and best bidder after advertising according to law. <br /> Section 2.
