RESOLUTION N0. 5680 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing certain employees. of the City of <br /> Lakewood to act as representatives of the City to acquire Federal surplus <br /> property from the Ohio State Agency for Surplus Property. <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City that certain <br /> employees of the City be authorized to act as representatives of the City of i <br /> Lakewood to acquire Federal surplus property from the Ohio State Agency for <br /> Surplus Property, and <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing I <br /> for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the following named employees of the City of <br /> Lakewood are hereby authorized as representatives of the City of Lakewood to <br /> acquire Federal surplus property front the Ohio State Agency for Surplus <br /> Property under the terms and conditions as established by such agency <br /> Robert H. Kleinweber, Director of Public Works; <br /> Frank Ziegenruecker, Superintendent of Streets; <br /> Donald Yates, Superintendent of Parks; <br /> Edwin Marshall, Superintendent of Refuse; and <br /> Lawrence J. Marshall, Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br /> <br /> this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were <br /> adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br /> <br /> this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br /> <br /> were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> Section 3.
