RESOLUTION N0. 5684 <br /> BYe Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works <br /> to enter into a contract with a sanitary landfill operator to receive <br /> solid refuse from the City of Lakewood for periods of one <br /> three years subject to the approval of Council. <br /> two or <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emer enc <br /> it provides For the immediate preservation <br /> welfare and for the usual Bail g y measure in that <br /> of the public safety and <br /> now, therefore, y operation of a munici al <br /> P department; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
