RE~LUTION NO. 578-83 BY: Brown, Chinnoch, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to comnend John H. Fox for his public service as a <br /> Firefighter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective May 14, 1983, Firefighter <br /> First Grade John H. Fox completed 26 years, eleven and one-half months of <br /> public service as a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Fire Department, Fire- <br /> fighter Fox was recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee vino rendered out- <br /> standing service not only to the Department of Public Safety but to the entire <br /> comnxnity as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> John H. Fox be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW170D, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to <br /> Firefighter First Grade John H. Fox its appreciation and that of all of the <br /> citizens of this comrunity for his 26 years, eleven and one-half months of <br /> public service as a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood, and further that this <br /> Council wishes him continued years of health, happiness, and prosperity in his <br /> retirement. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Firefighter John <br /> H.
