<br /> ~ -, , <br /> FISCAL OFFICER I S CERI'IFICATE <br /> Iakewood, Ohio <br /> July 5, 1983 <br />TO THE caJNCIL OF THE CITY OF I..I'IKEmCD, OHIO: <br /> The undersigned, Director of Fianance of the City of Iakewood, <br />Ohio, as fiscal officer thereof, as defined by Section 133.01, Ohio Revised <br />Code, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of bonds and <br />notes in anticipation thereof in the principal aroount of $110,000 for the <br />pw:pose of inproving easements in the City of Iakewood by cx;>nstructing thereon <br />breakwalls with concrete Irodules and end returns, as fo11CMS: <br /> 1. That the estimated life of the property and inprovanents <br />described in ReSOlution No. 5715 and Resolution No. 5709 to be aCX1Uired fran <br />the proceeds of ßUch bonds is hereby certified to be at 1éast five (5) years. <br /> 2. That the maxumum maturity of ßUch bonds to be iSßUed for such <br />pw:pose, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20, Ohio <br />Revised Code, is twenty-five (25) years, being also my estimate of the life <br />usefulness of such inprovaœnts, provided that such maturity date may not <br />exceed the period for which assessnents are to be levied· for such inprovaœnts, <br />to-wit: ten (10) years. <br /> 3.
