RESOLUTION N0. 5868-84 BY: Brown, Chinnoclk, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, for the year 1985, and authorizing the filing of same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br /> of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing and <br /> filing a Budget for the year 1985; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of Finance <br /> of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed and the <br /> necessary expenditures in the various departments. of the municipality <br /> for the year 1985, be and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk is <br /> hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br /> County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> Section 2.
