<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5874-84 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendlinc <br /> A RESOLUTION to recognize the Lakewood Chemical People for their <br /> continued public service to the residents of the City of Lakewood. <br /> FHIEREAS, Lakewood Chemical People was formed on November 30,1983 <br /> and incorporated in April of 1984. <br /> WHEREAS, this outstanding organization was created by and operates <br /> through a group of dedicated Lakewood citizens, committed to the elimination <br /> of chemical use/abuse in our community. <br /> WIiEREAS, Lakewood Chemica°1- People's continued mandate is to coordi- <br /> nate with this city's existing activities, resources and services regarding <br /> the educational, and recreational programming so very necessary in combating <br /> chemical use/d~,u se. <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered <br /> by Lakewood Chemical People be given public cognizance and recognition; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE ZT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the-Couneil of the City of Lakewood extends to <br /> Lakewood Chemical People its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of <br /> this community for this organiza'tion's continued success in the years ahead. <br /> Section 2.
