Hinshaw for his public service as <br /> a member of the Lakewood Board of Zoning Appeals. <br /> WHEREAS, on January 1, 1980, Theodore S. Hinshaw was appointed a mem- <br /> ber of the Lakewood Board of Zoning Appeals and served said Board as an active, <br /> viable member until the expiration of his term on December 31, 1984, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure as a Board of Zoning Appeals member, Mr. <br /> Hinshaw was recognized as a conscientious, effective and respected Board member <br /> character land developmentsof,the Lakewood commune ty,~ and o the enhancement of the <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> Mr. Hinshaw as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals of Lakewood be given pub- <br /> lic cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to Theo- <br /> dore S. Hinshaw its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this commu- <br /> nity for his five years of public service as a member of the Board of Zoning Ap- <br /> pontinued years ofthealth L happ ~nessaand prosperityhin the futureC~l wishes him <br /> Section 2.
