That Council hereby appoints David Wright, as a member of <br /> the Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals for the full five year <br /> term beginning January 1, 1985, and ending December 31, 1989, in accordance <br /> with Article XVII, Section 1 of the Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> Section 2.
