BY: Gallagher, graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION expressing to the Administrator of the Ohio Department <br /> <br /> of Administrative Services State and Federal Surplus Property Program the <br /> City of Lakewood's intent and authorization to acquire federal surplus <br /> property from Ohio's State and Federal Surplus Property Program. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood is a qualifying public agency and is <br /> eligible to participate in this program, and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that authorizing the City of <br /> Lakewood to participate in such a program will allow our community to have <br /> access to tangible surplus state and federal properties, and <br /> WHEREAS, the administrator for the Ohio Department of <br /> Administrative Services State and Federal Surplus Property has requested that <br /> a resolution be adopted and approved designating those individuals who can <br /> actually obtain surplus property for the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, Mayor Anthony C. Sinagra, Public Works Director Robert <br /> Kleinweber and Finance Director Leonard A. Mikula shall be the City of <br /> Lakewood's authorized representatives to acquire state and federal surplus <br /> property; <br /> Now, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council for, and on behalf of, the residents <br /> of the City of Lakewood, hereby expresses to Mr. William A. Anthony, Jr.> <br /> Administrator of the State of Ohio's State and Federal Surplus Property <br /> Program authorization for the City of Lakewood's representatives, Mayor <br /> Anthony C. Sinagra, Public Works Director Robert H. Kleinweber and Finance <br /> Director Leonard A. Mikula, to acquire state and federal surplus property <br /> from the State of Ohio's State and Federal Surplus Property Program. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and she is hereby <br /> authorized and directed, to forward a certified copy of this resolution to <br /> Mr. William A.
