Lenhart for his public <br /> service as a watchman 'n the Division of Parks and Public Grounds, <br /> Department of Public Wor s of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement on January 4, 1986, William F. <br /> Lenhart completed thir een years of public service as a watchman in <br /> the Division of Parks and Public Grounds, Department of Public Works <br /> of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the City, Mr. Lenhart was <br /> recognized as a loyal an dedicated employee who rendered outstanding <br /> service not only to the Department of Public Works, but to the entire <br /> community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it i fitting and proper that the public service <br /> rendered by William F. Lenhart be given public cognizance and <br /> recognition; now, therefo e, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. Tha the Council of the City of Lakewood extends <br /> to William F. Lenhart its appreciation and that of all of the citizens <br /> of this community for his thirteen years of public service as a <br /> watchman in the Division of Parks and Public Grounds, Department of <br /> Public works of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council <br /> wishes him continued year of health, happiness and prosperity in his <br /> retirement. <br /> Section 2.
