WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations are designed to enhance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of ideas, informat'on and experience to the public benefit,and WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the immediate preserv tion of the public peace, property, health and safety, and for the us al daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore: - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1.
