RESOLUTION N0. 6078-86 BY: Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, Salmon, <br /> Wendlin.g <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, for the year 1987, and authorizing the filing of same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br /> of a municipal department arising from the .necessity of preparing <br /> and filing a Budget for the year 1987; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE COUNiCIL OF TYiE CdTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of Finance <br /> of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed and the. <br /> necessary expenditures in the various departments of the municipality <br /> for the year 1987, be and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk <br /> is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br /> County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> Section 2.
